An arrangement has recently been made for an improvement in meteriological telegraphic communication which will open up other sources of wireless communication.

This sum is the Government share of the funds for the Reclamation. So far as it has at present advanced.

Blocks of flats nave been rented for the Chinese Clerical Staff. The sum of $7,000.00 is for fittings and other manor alterations found necessary.
